I knew from a young age that working in this field was my passion. I started working in group homes at the age of 16 and then ventured into providing in home supports and working as a PCA. There has never been a doubt in my mind as to whether or not I made the correct career choice. I go to work every day loving what I do and know that there’s nowhere else that I’d rather be. As co-owner of this company, I promise to never lose sight of what’s most important: the individuals that we support. When starting this company, we decided to keep our business small as it’s important to us to know each individual that we support and to be actively involved every step of the support process. My favorite part of what I do is being present in lives of others, watching them set and achieve goals on a daily basis, and seeing the joy in their eyes when their goals are met. At the end of the day, I know that not only is my job rewarding and making a difference in the lives of others but it has made an incredible difference in my life. Each day I learn something new and throughout my career I have learned compassion, humility, and a greater appreciation for life itself!

However, what I didn't expect was how much I would learn from the very individuals I hoped to support. Over the years, I've realized that the lessons I’ve gained have been just as transformative for me as the impact we've had on those we serve.
What I love most about working with our company is the opportunity to be personally involved with each individual we support. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the positive changes in their lives, knowing that our work has played a role in their growth and success. I am truly grateful to have found a career that aligns with my passions and allows me to continue learning and making a difference every day.
